“The road to success is always under construction” – Lili Tomlin

Through my 28 plus years in the capital markets including 10 years as an investment banker, and over 19 years of not-for-profit board experience, and raising three children, I have gained significant experience and insight working with individuals, families, family businesses and foundations. I believe that wealth encompasses not only financial capital but also includes intellectual, human, social, health and spiritual capital. To be truly wealthy, a balance among these pillars is necessary.

I embrace the value of asking questions, listening to the views of others and collaborating to find the best solutions. Creating your Wealth Plan based on your goals and aligned with your risk profile allows you to assess as you build toward your future – this blueprint is a guiding document that changes as life changes and is always a work in progress. The successful transitioning of your estate requires more than the mechanics of tax and legal structures. A process that integrates learning together allows for trust and communication to take its course over time and is instrumental in the successful transition of your wealth to the next generation.

Are you ready to move from a reactive investment approach to a proactive wealth strategy?

Do you have questions about your portfolio? Is your portfolio designed to meet your goals? Is your portfolio aligned with your risk profile? Are you aware of all the fees you pay, of your performance metrics, or the meaning of Return of Capital? Do you understand the difference between distributions and dividends that your funds pay out? Do you know the after-tax yield on your portfolio? Which resonates with you – beating a benchmark by 1% or living a life well lived and achieving your investment goals? Goals based investing moves away from the traditional asset management focus on beating index benchmarks to designing a personalized investment strategy to achieve your ultimate goals. If you have questions, I would be pleased to discuss your investment portfolio and your goals and objectives. Your assets are more than your investments. Let me help you discover, articulate and share your dreams for the future and to leave the legacy you desire.
